Protein Banana Bread Recipe
- 2 scoops of BUZZD Beauty blend
-1/2 scoop of protein powder of your choice
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs @ room temp
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/3 cup of coconut oil
- 1 3/4 cup of flour of your choice
- 1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Set oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, mix together mashed banana, eggs, maple syrup, coconut yogurt, and vanilla extract until well combined. In another bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add dry and wet ingredients together and mix. Add melted coconut oil and fold in chocolate chips.
Add the batter to the baking pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Allow bread to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
